Job Title: Area Sales Manager
Responsible to: National Sales Manager
Location / Area: East Anglia & Essex (CB, CM, CO, IP, NR, PE, SS)
Basic Salary: Salary negotiable dependant on candidate calibre and experience

Principle Responsibilities: To grow the area with additional profitable business to be gained through both the distribution (80%) and specification / projects (20%) side of the business.
Personally manage relationships with the company’s key electrical wholesaling accounts on the area.
Establish excellent, professional business relationships at all levels within the branch
Work with the business Manager’s to ensure a joint strategy is implemented to grow the business and profit for both partners.
Build relationships with the counter staff to ensure your product is the first over the counter.
Actively follow up leads from the wholesale partners and conduct joint calls were deemed beneficial.
Actively seek to gain specification and win projects with large and medium domestic/commercial contractors. You will work together with the key contractors who actively target the LA, HA in the region.
Ideal Candidate: A professional and successful sales person with a proven track record in sales.
