Overall a great day. We were encouraged to interact with other delegates and the day was both enjoyed and truly helped me to achieve my objectives. The course was clear and easy to understand, with role plays and working groups creating an engaging atmosphere. I now understand in more detail why I should trade up and not cost down and how to negotiate with suppliers for better terms.

Effective Customer Meetings offered a good mixture of presentations, role play and interactive discussions which were all clear and easy to understand. The day offered a fun and interactive way of learning and I now understand the importance of making appointments, spending less time in the branch and always following up my meetings!
