What's it all about?

Carrying out really effective appraisals is a core management skill and cannot by underestimated. But quite often, they can be seen as unnecessary and unimportant and as a ‘tick box’ exercise that brings little or no value. Done well, they can inspire, motivate and provide a great opportunity to realise untapped potential. For your people, it encourages them to actively participate in growing the business and feeling that their contributions are valued and worthwhile.

In this immersive and engaging programme, you will learn the essential skills, techniques and tools needed to prepare, deliver and evaluate highly effective appraisals that results in a joint agreement of a tangible and achievable working plan.
