This workshop has been designed for individuals and teams needing to improve their assertive communication skills. It is especially relevant to sales people who find that those around them (colleagues, managers and customers) are running their day. It will equip them with the skills and tools they need to think about and handle situations logically rather than emotionally, whilst continuing to build and develop mutually beneficial long term relationships.
